Many real estate agents won’t take you out to look at homes without a Pre-Approval. This step includes all the information to get Pre-Qualified but with a real difference — documentation. We build a file that documents your financial information (credit report, pay stubs, bank statements, etc.). We specify a loan program, purchase price, and interest rate. And finally, we submit your scenario for underwriting. Once we have an underwritten approval, we issue a Pre-Approval Letter that your real estate agent includes in any offer you make on a home.
